High Security locks and keys offer high resistance to picking, drilling, bumping and possibly protection from unauthorized key duplication.

Restricted locks and keys, usually only offer protection from unauthorized key duplication.

The beauty of going with one of these is, you gain control of your facility, you know exactly how many keys have been made and who has them. All keys are coded in some way to keep track of them. In most cases when someone leaves and the key is returned, it is not even necessary to rekey the locks. This can save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars over time.
