Aaron Freeman

I am the owner of Bill’s Lock and Safe Service. Helping raise a family I am a coach for my children. As a victim of the recent Coffee Park fire, I am familiar with the challenge’s life poses and look forward to showing you why Bill’s Lock and Safe is the best lock shop! Kaden Freeman

I work at Bill’s Lock & Safe specializing in car keys and automotive key programming. I enjoy hands-on work, learning new vehicle technology, and taking on different challenges every day. Outside of work, family is very important to me, and I enjoy spending time with the people closest to me. I try to bring that same sense of respect, and reliability into the way I treat every customer who comes into the shop.

Mason Freeman

I am one of the road technicians here at Bill's Lock. I specialize in safe deposit, electronic locks, access systems, and just about everything else involving lock hardware. I look forward to helping your homes and businesses stay safe.

Sam Flores

I’m the newest member of the team here at Bill’s Lock & Safe, and I work as one of our road technicians. I handle a variety of residential and commercial locksmith work and enjoy the hands-on problem-solving that comes with the job. In my free time, I enjoy staying busy with projects around the house, working on my yard, and doing landscaping. I’ve always been a hands-on person and enjoy building, fixing, and improving things whenever I get the chance.

Joe Viera

Austin Birkedal

My love of being a locksmith technician is surpassed only by my love of all things Medieval. As an active member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, I participate in historically centered sword fighting and creating my own works of art and armor in my shop at home. Martin Gonzales

My daughter is my number one priority when not on the road for Bill’s Lock and Safe! Jesus thinks he is the friendliest, however this title really goes to me. Born and raised in Santa Rosa I enjoy the many places to get a crafted brew when I get the chance.

Jude Rowe

As a locksmith technician by day my focus is in electronic locks, safes, and master key systems. Evenings are with my wife and puppies punctuated by coaching fencing at En Garde and, as an Army veteran, volunteering for our local Veterans of Foreign Wars post. I am a graduate from Sonoma State University and have been the President of the Student Body at Santa Rosa Junior College. I look forward to continuing my years of service helping you!

Jesus Chavez

Specializing in all bank locks, cabinets, and antique locks for the past 20 years, I enjoy spending time with my family when not on the road being of service to our customers. Some say I am the friendliest technician Bill’s Lock and Safe has, I will let you decide!
